LLB Group publishes 2023 annual report

Vaduz, 18 March 2024. The LLB Group has published its complete 2023 annual report with integrated sustainability report. It has also dispatched the documents for the 32nd General Meeting of Shareholders.

The special focus of the publication is on the banking group's new shared brand, which was introduced in September 2023 as part of a comprehensive rebranding. Under the title "One over many", the LLB Group presents a wide range of initiatives and projects from its day-to-day business. These initiatives and projects work together to make LLB a successful bank.

In addition to the overview of business performance, the financial report, segment reporting, and information on corporate governance and compensation, the LLB Group's 2023 annual report also includes sustainability reporting in accordance with the established standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
For reasons of sustainability, the LLB Group's reporting is geared towards the interactive online version on the internet. Facts and figures can be called up interactively in a structured form and compared directly with previous years. Informative videos offer additional insights. The 2023 annual report is available in German at gb2023.llb.li and in English at ar2023.llb.li.

LLB has also dispatched the invitations and voting documents for the 32nd ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which will take place at 6 p.m. on 19 April 2024 at the tennis hall in Schaan. The documents are also available on the LLB website at llb.li/generalmeeting.
