In development talks, you discuss your intentions with your supervisor. Your wishes are integrated into our planning so that you can pursue tailored qualification measures in consultation with your supervisor.
Are you interested in continuing education organised by an external provider? Are you interested in developing your knowledge and skills in order to achieve our common goals?
We also train you as a manager at regular intervals. In this way, we ensure a common understanding of leadership and optimal implementation of change management initiatives. For this purpose, you will be coached by your supervisor on an ongoing basis.
