Sixth place at Swiss Employee Award 2020

The Liechtensteinische Landesbank and Bank Linth are in the top ten employers in the medium-sized company category (250 to 999 employees). Thanks to a record participation rate of 92% in the 2020 employee survey, the evaluation of the two banks draws on an extraordinarily broad basis.
The survey shows that the LLB and Bank Linth are employers with a very strong corporate culture, a distinct focus on values, fascinating work content, and substantial opportunities for participation. Compared with their peers, the commitment of LLB and Bank Linth employees is especially striking, manifested in the willingness to perform, identification with the company, and long-term loyalty. The LLB and Bank Linth are at the very top of these categories among the companies surveyed in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

The results of the employee survey are an important foundation for companies to be able to develop continuously as attractive employers. As Bernd Moosmann, Head of Group Human Resources of the LLB Group, says, "I am extraordinarily pleased that the LLB and Bank Linth have improved even further since the last survey three years ago, and that we are able to present ourselves as top employers in competition with our peers. This is especially gratifying in that the Swiss Employer Award is not based on an external analysis, but rather on the appraisals by the employees themselves. This further recognition confirms that we are on the right path."

The anonymous and standardised employee surveys on which the Swiss Employer Award are based have already been conducted 20 times by the company icommit. The award was presented for the first time in 2000. This year, 120 companies with a total of more than 25'981 employees participated. The Swiss Employer Award recognises the companies that achieve the best survey results. The focus is on satisfaction, commitment, and employer attractiveness as well as the general conditions in the company.

Swiss Employer Award

The Swiss Employer Award (Swiss Arbeitgeber Award) helps Swiss and Liechtenstein companies gain important insights into the personal attitudes and views of employees and the current state of their organisational conditions. Every company receives detailed evaluations of the results of the survey as well as information on strengths and weaknesses compared with other companies and within their industry. This measurement instrument is adjusted each year to the newest developments and the current situation of Swiss and Liechtenstein employers, while ensuring comparability with the previous years.
