PRIIP

PRIIPs are packaged retail and insurance-based investment products.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1286/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 November 2014 on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs), the Liechtensteinische Landesbank Group is obliged as the manufacturer of such products to publish the key information documents (KIDs) underlying the products on its website.

The information contained in the publications mentioned constitutes neither an invitation, an offer, nor a recommendation to buy or sell investment instruments or to enter into transactions of any kind.

The investment instruments shown on the LLB website are licensed for sale only in certain countries. The contents of the publication are not intended for persons subject to a jurisdiction that prohibits the publication or access to it (due to the nationality of the persons concerned, their domicile or any other reason). Persons who come into the possession of the above-mentioned publication must inform themselves about any possible restrictions and comply with them. The sole purpose of sharing this information on our website is to fulfil the regulatory requirements in line with the PRIIPs Regulation.

As the PRIIP-Regulation for various investment instruments (e.g. UCITS funds) has a transitional period and there is no obligation to prepare a PRIIP-KID until 31st December 2019, a PRIIP will not be issued for each product.
